There are no state licensing requirements for massage therapists in Minnesotta.
These bills will be reintroduced in 2022/2023 legislative session. Senate File 1074 (SF 1074) and House File 1275 (HF 1275) . They are attempting to license Asian Massage Therapists and Regular Massage Therapists which are really two very different methods/ways of working with massage.
